Sale of historical coins and/or precious metal bars from your collection through the Numismatika Dyntar website.

Transaction — a Transaction means the execution of a specific trade (purchase or sale) of the subject asset (coin or precious metal bar).

Regular (recurring) purchase/sale — a purchase or sale of a coin or precious metal bar that constitutes the 10th or subsequent analogous transaction for a given Client. For the purposes of this definition, an analogous transaction includes, among others, the purchase or sale of a coin issued by the same issuer or mint, of the same year of mintage, or of the same or similar denomination.

Fee — the Fee means the percentage remuneration payable to Numismatika Dyntar, s.r.o. for executing the purchase or sale of the subject asset (coin or precious metal bar). The Fee does not include any remuneration, charges, or postage paid to an external service provider for the intermediation or delivery of the asset to or from such provider.

Investment portfolio — a collection of assets that can be financially valued in terms of their market value and that were acquired by the Client through Numismatika Dyntar, s.r.o. The portfolio consists primarily of commemorative, investment, or other coins with historical value and/or investment precious metal bars.

Coin — an officially issued monetary instrument, typically struck in metal, authorised by state or sovereign authority, and intended for circulation or for representative, commemorative, or commercial purposes. Its value is determined by its denomination, weight, fineness, type, and the applicable legal framework of its time. For the purposes of this agreement, the term refers to commemorative, investment, or other coins with historical value.

Client — a natural or legal person who has entered into a contractual arrangement with Numismatika Dyntar, s.r.o. for the intermediation or execution of the purchase or sale of commemorative, investment, or historical circulated coins and/or investment precious metal bars, and for whom Numismatika Dyntar, s.r.o. has executed such transaction on its own account.

Current value of the collection / investment portfolio — for the purposes of this agreement, the current value of the collection or investment portfolio means the most recently determined value of the collection or portfolio, established on the basis of the quarterly valuation monitoring of the collection or investment portfolio.

% from current value of the collection / investment portfolio — means the annual percentage remuneration payable to Numismatika Dyntar, s.r.o. for monitoring and other services associated with the active tracking of the value development of the collection or investment portfolio (coins, precious metal bar(s)).

Market value — the price at which a specific asset can realistically be exchanged on the market between an informed seller and an informed buyer, without compulsion, at a given point in time and place.
