The obverse of the coin features a partial portrait of Alois Rašín in the style of a banknote engraving. Around the circumference of the coin, in the annular ring, is the name of the state "ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA" and the denomination with the currency abbreviation "2 000 Kč".
The name of the state and the denomination with the currency abbreviation are separated from each other by a dot on the left and the Czech Mint mark on the right, consisting of the letters "Č" and "M".
The reverse of the coin features in the centre, on a gold inlay, the reverse side of the first Czechoslovak crown coin from 1922. On the silver annular ring is the inscription "ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ KORUNA" and the years "1919–2019". The inscription and the years are separated by dots.
Between the gold inlay and the annular ring is the inscription "JSEM RAŽENA Z ČESKÉHO ZLATA" (I am struck from Czech gold). Before the word "JSEM" is the initial of the designer Jiří Hanuš, DiS., consisting of the letter "H" in a frame.
