The obverse of the coin features a ladies' court shoe, above which is the "Baťa" company logo. Below the court shoe is a depiction of part of the globe. The denomination with the currency abbreviation "200 Kč" is above the depiction of part of the globe.
Along the left and upper edge of the coin is the name of the state "ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA". The coin was struck by the Czech Mint in Jablonec nad Nisou. Its mark, consisting of a composition of the letters "Č" and "M", is to the left of the depiction of part of the globe.
The reverse of the coin features a portrait of Tomáš Baťa Jr. Along the left edge of the coin is the inscription "TOMÁŠ BAŤA MLADŠÍ". To the right of the portrait are the years "1914" and "2014".
The designer of the coin is Vojtěch Dostál, DiS. His initial, consisting of an inverted letter "D", is to the right of the collar on the portrait.
