The obverse of the two-hundred-crown coin features a composition of fragments from Jože Plečnik's realized designs, namely the façade of the Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord at Jiří z Poděbrad Square in Prague, and in the upper part of the coin, the column finial on the Moravian Bastion in the Na Valech Garden of Prague Castle.
Along the left edge of the coin is the inscription "ČESKÁ" and along the right edge the inscription "REPUBLIKA". The denomination with the currency abbreviation "200 Kč" is located along the bottom edge of the coin. The Czech Mint mark, consisting of the letters "Č" and "M", is placed before the denomination.
The reverse of the two-hundred-crown coin features a portrait of Jože Plečnik. Along the upper edge of the coin is the inscription "JOŽE" and along the right edge the inscription "PLEČNIK". Along the bottom edge of the coin is the inscription "1872" and along the left edge the inscription "2022".
The initial of the coin's designer Vojtěch Dostál, DiS., which consists of a reversed letter "D", is placed along the lower left edge of the coin.
Each coin is supplied with a grey catalogue card with purple text, featuring a description of the coin and its embossed depiction.
